Description: Leiden University is located in the Netherlands, and the national cookie of the country is the beloved stroopwafel. They are best eaten after being placed on top of a warm cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate – long enough to melt the gooey syrup inside. However, there are many ways to experience the stroopwafel goodness. This raffle item includes the standard stroopwafel, mini-stroopwafels, stroopwafel bits (great over ice cream or in baked goods – or just to munch on), and stroopwafel liqueur. You’ll even find a book about the humble stroopwafel (including recipes) and two stroopwafel bag clips. A Leiden University bag is provided to cart your haul away.
