A unique international recipe book and music for the soul from Pécs, Hungary

Description: 50 Delicacies on Earth recipe book: The University of Pécs has published a special recipe book with recipes from its international students. The book introduces dishes from 50 different countries from Algeria to Vietnam. Through these dishes and short stories, we can get acquainted with some young students of the University of Pécs from the Scottish Highlands through Inner Africa to the Caribbean Sea. 

Selection of the Pannon Philharmonic’s live concert recordings: Pannon Philharmonic is a symphony orchestra in Pécs. The predecessor of the today’s ensemble was founded in 1811 by György Lickl, a Viennese composer. Since 2010, Pannon Philharmonic has been a resident orchestra of the Kodály Centre in Pécs, a concert hall boasting the best acoustics in Hungary. The melodies presented on this CD were recorded in this unique concert hall.
